About Me
Hi guys , my name is Edem Blavo. I am a mechanical engineer by trade. I have worked as an engineer for the past 15 years. I have worked in companies like Michelin, Nexans and TK Elevator. I have had many design engineering roles using software like Catia, Solidworks, AutoCad, Autodesk Inventor and others. I was born with the gift to teach and I have a passion for designing parts in CAD. Through this website I hope to help students and professionals learn CAD and in an easy stress free way.

Why learn CAD?
Knowing how to use a CAD software like Solidworks, AutoCad, AutoDesk Inventor, Rhino, NX, Catia is a very good because:
1. You can easily get an entry level job as a drafter/designer getting paid about $20 - $35 and hour.
2. Most engineering companies require some experience in CAD as a requirement.
3. You can become a freelance, remote and independent contractor.
4. If you have a CAD certificate and some experience you might not need a degree to get a CAD Job.
5. With regular practice you can be pass a cad certificate exam withing 6 months.
